Where we ship
United States, United Kingdom and Australia.
Cost
Free tracked shipping on every order. Import duties are prepaid by our shipping partner, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. UK prices include VAT.
How long it takes
We process orders in 1–3 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Australia: 6–14 business days
Most orders arrive within these windows; a few take longer, especially around holidays.
Where it ships from
Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement.
Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can update it until the order ships.
Late or missing orders
See our Refund Policy: if your order hasn't arrived 45 days after shipping, we replace it or refund you.
