kittystep.com is operated by Dayseer Limited, Room 702, Kowloon Building, 555 Nathan Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("KittyStep", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@kittystep.com.

1. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you to confirm your order has shipped. We may decline an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error), in which case we refund you in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency. For the US, UK and Australia they include shipping and prepaid import duties; UK prices include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout by Shopify Payments or PayPal.

3. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates.

4. Refunds and cancellations

See our Refund Policy. We don't require items to be returned.

5. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Sizes are approximate.

6. Liability

We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

7. Use of the site

Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security or copy its content without permission. All site content and the KittyStep name belong to us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
